ISO 27001 — a certified security management system
ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for information security management. Our certification means an external auditor has verified not just that we have security policies, but that they operate: risk assessment, access control, supplier management, incident response and continual improvement. It is the same framework we help our clients work towards.
Swiss and EU data protection
We operate under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD) and, for clients who fall under it, the EU GDPR. In practice that means processing records, data-processing agreements with defined responsibilities, transfer safeguards for cross-border data, and a tested breach-notification procedure — the controls that International Geneva organisations and Swiss SMEs are increasingly asked to evidence.

Our services are hosted and operated in Switzerland. Where your organisation requires Swiss data residency — for confidentiality, regulatory or client-contract reasons — we keep your data in-country and can document exactly where it lives.
Detection and incident-reporting readiness
A certification is only as good as what happens during an incident. Our 24/7 SOC provides the detection layer, and our procedures are aligned with Switzerland's 24-hour reporting duty under the Information Security Act (ISA/OFCS) and with the nLPD's breach-notification obligation — so a client in scope can meet its deadlines.
