Skills Requirements:

- Dedication to the provision of a great customer experience by:
- Ensuring that you are respectful, pleasant and SMILEY at all times [even when the systems are down:)]
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 1-3 year experience as a support professional
- Good knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7)
- Server/Client Networking experience for Windows 2xxx server platforms would be an advantage
- Experience with supporting SharePoint 2007/2010, blackberry, iphone, android user support questions is a plus!
Required minimal profile:
- The ability to be a “team player” as well as work autonomously
- Patient and able to analyse priorities regarding users´ requests
- Good communicational and listening skills
- Excellent presentation
- Is punctual at all times
- Swiss or C / B / G Permit or European EC citizen
