InterHyve is 10 years old

Already 10 years where did the time go? In October 2000, two of InterHyve’s founders Kofi and Fabrice quit their jobs to pursue their dream to provide: Simple Solutions for Solid Networks.

This mind-set still holds true and is still one of our guiding principles. What has changed is the great team that has joined InterHyve and the variety of services and solutions that we can provide!

Skills Requirements:

    • To learning and evolving technically
  • Dedication to the provision of a great customer experience by:
    • Ensuring that you are respectful, pleasant and SMILEY at all times [even when the systems are down:)]
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 1-3 year experience as a support professional
  • Good knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7)
  • Server/Client Networking experience for Windows 2xxx server platforms would be an advantage
  • Experience with supporting SharePoint 2007/2010, blackberry, iphone, android user support questions is a plus!

Required minimal profile:

 

  • The ability to be a “team player” as well as work autonomously
  • Patient and able to analyse priorities regarding users´ requests
  • Good communicational and listening skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • Is punctual at all times
  • Swiss or C / B / G Permit or European EC citizen
