Brief
The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is an alliance driven by the vision of a world without malnutrition. Created in 2002 at a Special Session of the UN General Assembly on Children, GAIN supports public-private partnerships to increase access to the missing nutrients in diets necessary for people, communities and economies to be stronger and healthier. In less than a decade, GAIN has been able to scale its operations by investing in and working alongside more than 600 companies across 36 large-scale collaborations in more than 25 countries, reaching close to 400 million people with nutritionally enhanced food products. GAIN is a Swiss foundation headquartered in Geneva with a special international status granted by the Swiss government. Its worldwide presence includes an office in Washington D.C. as well as regional and country representatives in Johannesburg, New Delhi, Cairo, Nairobi, Kabul and Shanghai to support its activities.
Results

Brief
Design and set-up a new information technology platform for Radio Frontier – www.radiofrontier.ch – the new commercial English radio station for Geneva, Lausanne and neighbouring France Radio Frontier began broadcasting live from its new Geneva studios on 1 June 2011. For the first 10 month launch period the radio station is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-line via its popular interactive website www.radiofrontier.ch and via mobile phone applications. From Spring 2012 the station will be broadcast on DAB+ throughout the Suisse Romande region and neighbouring France, a transmission footprint of 2m people with a potential Anglophone audience of 500,000.
