Junior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support on phone, by e-mail and on site for clients of varying hierarchical levels.

Skills required:

• Minimum of 2 year experience as a 1st and 2nd level support professional
• Good knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 2000, Windows XP)
• Server/Client Networking experience for Windows 2xxx server platforms would be an advantage
  Knowledge of Exchange, Cisco, Lotus Notes or Citrix is an added plus

Profile:

• Confident when dealing with users from a wide ranging background
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• The ability to be a “team player” as well as work autonomously
• Patient and able to analyse priorities regarding users' requests
• Motivated and keen to progress technically
• Excellent presentation
   

 Required profile :

• Swiss nationality, Swiss C, B, or G / L working permit
